New Construction of a 65,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building. When complete this building will consist of three warehouse spaces with offices and common core of: restroom/showers, reception, offices, conference room and premanufactured safe room shelter. It will also have a 50-space parking lot with separate equipment parking and semi-truck turnaround space.
