Miami Tribe of Oklahoma | Infrastructure & Tiny Homes

The Miami Tribe of Oklahoma retained Maska Builders for design-build services for the construction of five Tiny Homes, RV park and infrastructure for this community.

This project includes site development, placement of concrete slabs, utilities, and pre-fab home placement and utility hookups. The scope of the design-build services included survey, design, and site development. Our team is responsible for securing all permits, verifying zoning criteria and compliance with all Federal Regulations. The process is also managed by the United States Army Corp of Engineers and subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act. 

Delivery Method: Design-Build

Infrastructure:  Civil engineering services, storm water pollution prevention plan, grading, paving, roads, curbs gutters and overall utility plan including water/sewer service.
