Seminole Nation | Transit Facility
Design-Bid-Build (Seminole, OK)
The Seminole Nation Transit facility houses service transportation, providing service and maintenance for these vehicles. It was selected by the Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) to participate in the study entitled Developing, Enhancing, and Sustaining Tribal Transit Services. This study should help identify improvements the department can pursue. The department has received nearly a half a million dollars in grants from the FTA, Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS), and match money from the Seminole Nation.
Primary Facilities: One (1) 10,000 sf Maintenance Facility with office and support space: One (1) Vehicle Wash Bay, Five (5) Vehicle bays and One (1) Used oil storage.
