New Construction. Located in the rural Thlopthlocco Tribal Town Complex, this project includes the construction of 10 total buildings consisting of 8 duplexes and 2 houses: 8 one-bedroom duplexes, 8 two-bedroom duplexes, 1 three-bedroom house and 1 four-bedroom house. The units will use “Smart Home” technology that will allow residents to have computerized access to transportation, meal deliveries, security, medical and other services at their fingertips. When complete, this project will provide much needed safe and affordable housing for Tribal members.
